Lisa Niel has overcome incredible odds. Once homeless, voiceless, timid, and afraid, she is now a level-five extrovert, worldwide traveler, international speaker, and master storyteller! Lisa confidently speaks in front of thousands of people about her extraordinary transition from a life of debilitating fear, anxiety, and depression to one of power, confidence and purpose. She is on a mission and has started a movement that is captivating, inspiring, and transforming lives from all over the world!

Now an international speaker, Lisa has traveled to Africa five times within the last five years as a conference keynote speaker, facilitator, and trainer. She has a rare gift of bringing out the best in others by engaging, educating, equipping and empowering them through her signature programs of leadership, self-discovery, overcoming adversity, and “Putting the SWAG back in your Business.” Her captivating messages of triumph over obstacles are filled with practical and powerful insights that speak to women and men from every background and profession.

Lisa holds and MBA from the University of Redlands, California, graduating with academic distinction as a first-generation legacy student, fellow of the Whitehead Leadership Society, and graduate mentor. Her past roles in business include Mortgage Loan Consultant, Realtor, Corporate Real Estate Advisor, and Vice President and Chief Operating OFficer in Real Estate Finance. Isa currently uses her business acumen to lead and serve as the Owner and President of Lisa Niel Inspiring Hearts LLC, and as Founder and CEO of Inspiring Hearts, a global nonprofit 501(c)3 charitable corporation.

Robin M. Reinke is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist and co-director of The Restoration Therapy Center of San Diego. Originally from the northeast, she has over 25 years of experience in individual, marriage and family counseling. Robin's specialties include women's issues, grief and loss, trauma, Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), couples, anxiety, young adult (including college-aged) issues and Christian counseling. She is also trained in Restoration Therapy, EFT, and EMDR for trauma. Robin has a deep faith in God which she naturally incorporates into her counseling practice. She and her husband, Jeff, who is a Marriage and Family Pastor and the Founder of The Relationship Resource, have two grown children who are in college and one new son-in-law. They have resided in southern California for over 25 years, and are sought after speakers and co-facilitators for marriage and leadership conferences throughout the US and abroad.

Cole has a unique gift of communicating stories in creative ways through video, short films, and stop-animation. He has an extensive background as a freelancer with over 10 years experience in videography within a myriad of environments both here and abroad and with clients such as Seawind Foods, Desert Bay Productions, Micron Technology, Medifast, and Red Door Interactive and is currently the Video Creator for one of the fastest growing companies in America. Cole’s talent and brilliance is showcased most powerfully in his approach to work and life as he takes on assignments with a servant’s heart through transformational leadership. His outcomes produce far more than capturing the story. He captures the hearts and minds of all who encounter him for a deeper awareness of God’s love for them, and the powerful impact of their own experiences through His eyes.

Greg is a seasoned finance executive with over thirty years of experience serving at organizations such as PricewaterhouseCoopers and Sony Electronics. His professional background has made a global impact with proven processes re-engineering results in the areas of finance, information systems, manufacturing, and logistics. Greg has successfully led cross functional domestic and international teams for the improvement of risk management, compliance, and improved contributions to operational efficiency and net income. Greg is also a Certified Public Accountant and currently serves as an officer and board member at other not for profit organizations. Greg’s leadership as a mentor has also made an impact in the lives of many men who desire to grow both spiritually and professionally in their own unique giftedness. He and his wife Sandy live in North County San Diego.

Amy is a wife, mother of five, and grandmother of one who serves alongside her husband Matthew (Matt) as founder and co-pastor of the River Family Church in North San Diego since 1987. For over 33 years, Amy has been equipping the Body of Christ to walk in oneness with the Holy Spirit and each other as ambassadors reconciling the world to a new creation relationship with God. She is a prayer mobilizer and teacher who unites believers in prayer from a place of abiding intimacy with God and partnership with each other, while establishing active and personal intercessory teams for leaders in multiple global and national organizations. Over the past three years Matt and Amy have stewarded and realized a vision of building River Gardens, a beautiful and unique regional gathering place for the Body of Christ, which is used for prayer, discipleship, worship, evangelism and weddings. Most of all, she is passionate about the living Word, our precious Holy Spirit, loving without measure, and living in the reality of Jesus’ prayer in John 17:20-23.

Doug is gifted at seeing what God sees in other people and passionate about mentoring them in friendship, prayer, and fellowship through an intimate relationship with God! He has lived and continues to live a very adventurous life having learned much from his colorful experiences. Doug is a seasoned professional entrepreneur with over 40 years experience in sales including 20 years of running his own flooring business. Doug is a giver at heart and has made an impact in the lives of many through an investment of his time and treasure. When not working, Doug helps shape the content for Inspiring Hearts, a nonprofit 501(c)3 charitable corporation. He is the proud father of four adopted children from four different nationalities and the Happy Pappy to seven grandchildren. Doug is deeply, fervently, joyfully and playfully in love with Lisa! Together they pioneer a life of loving, learning, giving and living who they truly are as designed by God and for a brilliant purpose to His glory and honor.

Erika Keppeler is a detail-oriented, organized, and caring professional. She has a background in communications, fundraising, and organizing events. Erika’s testimony is one of hope, healing, and wholeness that demonstrates the transforming power of God through her faith, courage, and sacrifice. She has a passion for helping others to discover and live out their purpose and calling. Through her experiences she has realized how impactful God's grace and presence can be when we learn who and whose we truly are.
